Terms & Condition

Weekly Payment :90% of the total work done from Saturday to Saturday each week must be paid by the end of that week without fail.

Delay in Payment : If the weekly 90% payment is not made on time, All of the work will be stopped from the next day until the payment is cleared.

Final Work Payment :The full payment for the contracted work must be completed within 10 days of the project's completion.

Extension of Work :If additional work is required in the future, it will be entirely at my discretion. I cannot be forced or pressured to take up more work beyond the original agreement.

Penalty for Non-Payment :If the total payment is not made within 10 days after the completion of the work, a penalty of ₹1,000 per day will be charged to the client until the full payment is received.

Labour Safety and Responsibilities

In Case of Injury to Labour :If any labourer sustains a serious injury on-site, the client will be fully responsible for ensuring proper medical treatment. The treatment will either be arranged by the client or the medical expenses will be borne by the client.

In Case of Death on Site :If a labourer dies on-site, the client will be liable to provide ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees) as compensation to the worker’s family. Additionally, the client will be fully responsible for arranging and covering the expenses of transporting the body to the labourer’s home.
